Our Story of Success
At Country Escapes and Lots LLC, we have beautiful properties available where you can escape the city and enjoy the serenity of country living. This lot in Bristol New Hampshire sold quickly.
Our Expertise
We currently have one beautiful 17 acre lot in Duck West Virginia. This lot has been surveyed with all four corners marked and boundaries blazed. A driveway has been built and drainage culverts installed. There are several level parking areas where you can set up your camper and start enjoying your piece of Almost Heaven immediately.
Our Approach
We make raw land Move In Ready for you to enjoy. Each lot has at minimum a parking area or driveway. Some lots also have electric power and drainage culverts which control storm runoff and erosion. In the future we hope to offer installed septic systems as well. Deer, coyotes, black bear and woodpeckers occasionally visit our properties.
